bende la agaknya ergophobia ni ek… sejenis seafood ke, new animal species?, ke
nama Planet X (eh, nama Planet X tu Nibiru la)… Ergophobia ni actually is one
of many types of phobia; irrational fears of something…
Anyhow, empatsekawan found this article pasal ergophobia (by Mary Schneider, love to read her column) and find it very fascinating and nak share. Terp-kir gak, empatsekawan ni suffer from ergophobia gak ker, hikhikhik… (diagnose diri sendiri lak!)
One part from the article yang empatsekawan tak leh lupa :
“Man at
party: “So, Jim, what sort of work do you do?”
Jim: “I don’t work.”
Man: “So you’re in between jobs now?”
Jim: “No I’ve never had a job.”
Man: “Oh, why’s that?”
Jim: “I suffer from ergophobia, the irrational fear of work. The abnormal and
persistent fear of work and the workplace”
Man sniggering: “My teenage son suffers from that too. But I call it
laziness.”
Hahahaha,
ketawa sampai ke bulan… o_0, even though the writer did say “someone might be a
bona fide sufferer of this condition” :-(
That’s the thing about work, sometimes u like it, sometimes you don’t. Confucius quote “Find a job you love and you will never have to work again”. Lets us all ponder that for a while… and if we feel like we do have a little ergophobia just for today, why don’t we do some shopping!! Nak shopping mane ek??.... “empatsekawanshoppe” of course… enjoy!!!

Just recently empatsekawan terbaca article on 1st
season of USA XFactor winner, so nk
tengok juga la best ke dia nie…
empatsekawan pun surf YouTube for it and few lists came up, instead of
the winner, satu video ni menarik perhatian 4sekawan….
He was born in the
middle of war zone in Iraq, being abandoned in a shoe box, with that condition….
Life certainly not easy for him, tapi the point here, he pursued his dream,
however hard it is for him…
Terkesima sekejap bila kite ni yang lahir sempurna semuanya,
dalam negara yang aman damai asyik merungut pasal little things in life… Allah
bagi ujian sikit dah lemah, dah tak tahan sabar… 4sekawan pesan untuk diri
sendiri jugak ni… sedangkan ada lagi orang lain yang susah dari kite, yang lagi
besar ujian dari kite, so tabahkan hati, muhasabah diri… There’s always light at the end of every
tunnel…
At the end of the clip, the judge said “It just made
everything that you worry about is so pathetic”…. Renung-renungkan… ;-)
Ehm.... ada lagi? Yup.... banyak lagi!!
